SECOND, Unload cars without de lay upon arrival, regardless of free time allowed under demurrage traffics, and promptly notify your nearest agent when cars will be re leased. Compliance with this request means that the available cars will transport double the tonage and, further, that the side track facili ties of the NORFOLK SOUTHERN will not te unnecessarily taxed. Then too, the fertiliser movement will be more or less evenly distri buted throughout the entire season, Instoad of being confined largely to periods of from forty to sixty days, Isuring not only better han dling on the part of the NORFOLK SOUTHERN but making it less ex pensive to I the owner.
