German positions between the Aisne and the Vesle have been outflanked and are being subjected to an infalading artillery fire, it is learned this after noon. - t!JJ!3 Over half the enemy lines between the Vesle and the Aisne are being subjected to this flunking fire, it is said. GERMANS CONCENTRATING HEAVY FORCES Paris, Aujust 7- 4 p. m. Greater activity is reported on both wings of the Aisne-Vesle battle front where the Germans have concentrated heavy forces to oppose any flanking move ment by the allies.
