calls for bran that is all bran.
Here It Is:
One cup flocr, 1 cup all bran, 1
teaspoon salt, 3 teaspoon* baking
powder. 2 eggs. 1 cup milk. 3 table
spoons melted fat or vegetable oil. |
Sift together all dry Ingredients.
Beat yolks of eggs until light, add I
milk. Combine with the drylngfre- 1
dlents. Add fat and beat until
light and smooth. Just before bak
ing fold In the stiffly beaten egg i
whites. Rake in hot waffle Irons
and serve as soon as cooked. The
recipe will make six waffles.
