SIX thousand acre of well Timbered pine l.anilj, situated near the .Salts, in Mcintosh County, Georgia, fifteen miles from Uarien, and foriv-five imlea from Savannah, on the Stage Road. There are fifteen tasks of boxes cut on Ihe tract, five of which have been worked but one year, the oilier ten tasks have been worked from Ihrceto four years. The extreme distance to haul Is about four miles on Ihe tract. At a distance of two miles from a good landing on tho Sapelo River, (at which Ves sels of 100 tons can load) is a good Turpentine Still, wilh alt nccecsary wagons, teams, tools, fixtures and appurtenances. A portion of this land is well adapted to the cul ture of Cotton, Coin, Cane and Rice. On the property is a comfortable Dwelling House recently erected, and contiguous are Negro Houses, Stable, &c.
