other ten tasks have been worked from three to four

The extreme distance to haul la about four miles
on the tract. Al a distance of two miles from a
good landing on the Sspeio River, (at which Ves
sels of 100 tons can load) Is a good Turpentine
Mill, wiin all necessary wogoos, teams, tools
fixtures and nppurienunces.
A portion of this land is well adapted to the cul
ture ot cotton, Coin, Came and Rice.
On the property Is a comfortable Dwelling House

Stables, Ac.

tion in (he low country. '

ber which could be cut for exportstlon, rafted at
the landing, and loaded twelve milea down the
River In Vessels of 2 to 300 ions burthen, there be

obtained On reasonable terms at a convenient point
