Solution of the llace Problem, Mr. E. S. Simmons, the blind lawyer, of Washington, N. C, was in our town last week in the interest of his book, "Solution of the Hade Problem." This book is a timely presentation of his views, which are that the Negro should be colouized in a territory where they could select their own representative from Sena tor to constable. He deals kindly with the colored race, aud thinks that colonization is the only means to save trouble which must come if the two races are kept on the same soil.
