Gertie Wilkin*, 27, Dead From Effee t« of Poison Whiskey Say Corner’s Jury Two Jailed On Monday morning about nine-thirty the office of the el^rk superior court was besieged by two colored*men in an effort to | get official action on the suspici ous death of Gertie Wilkins, who ,died Monday morning about three o’clock at her home on the ; Adler farm, which is superinten ded by Mr. H. Chesson The [men claimed that a doctor who had been summoned to attend the woman advised that herdea i tb was the result of poison. ! Atty H V Austin was appoint ed special coroner, and wah n jury composed of Messrs H Cites | son, Edgar L Spruill, Lloyd Cher, Ison.
