ROAD BILL. *•' _ RepresenativeBowie introduced In the House yesterday a bill to appropriation *35,000,000 for the State’s road-building program. At the same time Senator Heath Introduced the same bill in the Senate. The bill is in accordance with the general road plan as originally worked out and is necessary to fill in the missing links in a num ber of the leading roads of the State, as well as a number of new projects. The bill also raises the gaso line tax from 3 to 4 cents per gallon.
