AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE PARKING OF AUTOMOBILES AND VEHICLES IN THE TOWN OF PLYMOUTH , THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PLYMOUTH DO ENACT: 1 i C I I ( 1. That no automobile, motor truck or horse drawn vehicle shall be parked on the streets of the Town of Plymouth, except on the north side of the streets running in an castwardly and westwardly direction and on the cast side of the streets running in a northwardly and south wardly direction, and then parallel with and both wheels within 6 inches of the curb. 2. That no automobile, motor truck, or horse drawn vehicle shall be parked on the streets of the Town of Plymouth opposite, in front of, or abreast of any driveway or alley on either side of said streets leading inco said streets. 3. That for any violation of this ordinance, the owner or driver of any automobile, motor truck or horse drawn vehicle, wrongfully parked shall be arrested, as in other criminal cases, and upon conviction* shall be fined $5.00. 4. That this ordinance shall not apply to Water Washington Street from Water Street to Main Street. et 5. That this ordinance shall take effect upon ratification.
