NOTICE OF SALE OF VALUABLE LANI> & PERSONAL PROPERTY North Carolina: Washington County: Under and by virtue of the author ity of ca!“ contained in that certain Deed of Trust, dated June 22, 1928, executed by W. F. Lucas and Missouri P. Lucas, his wife, to H. D. SECOND TRACT: A one-half un divided interest in and to that tract of land in Skinnersville Township, Washington County, N. C., known as Sassafras Ridge containing 361 acre^ more or less, and more fully describ ed in a deed from the Commissioners of Wahington County to W. F.
