Piney Grove Club The club met with Mrs. Frank Collins with all members present ex cept two. They reported having canned 1, 033 qts. vegetables and fruits made 52 garments. Mrs. Patrick painted two rooms and bought a new rug. Others reported new steps, built in shelves, studio couch covered, refri gerator. 5 rooms screened. Lake Farm Club The members had their regular meeting in the community building. Reports were 875 qts. canned. 38 gar ment made, and nine families had a hundred loads of dirt hauled in each yard. Chapel Hill Club The club made enough money to buy shades for their club house by having the musical program Friday night. One of the goals of the club is to improve the club house this year. Each member is working hard, under the direction of Mrs. Clyde La tham. who is the president, to attain this goal. LONG ACRE Mr. and Mrs. Jim Allen and daugh ter.
