Ship man, Past Grand Master, as General Chairman of the Centennial Move ment. Brother Shipman is peculiarly fitted for this work, having served as Grand Master for one year, and being thoroughly familiar with conditions over the State. He is a good publicity man, having demonstrated his ability along this line as publicity director of “The North Carolina Orphan As sociation'* for the past several years, in their drive for “One Day for the Orphanage.” Brother Shipman is within easy reach of the Grand Secretary’s office, and frequently visits the office. The work of his committee will be directed thru the Grand Secretary’s office, and lie will keep daily in touch w^ith the work.
