MILLER, EDITOR i Mrs. Edward of Lake Toxaway was a visitor in Brevard Thursday. Mr. T. S. Wood and Mrs. Cos Pax ton motored to Asheville Wednesday. Mr. M. D. Cooper was a visitor in Brevard last week. People are glad to hear that the Brevard Banking Co. is planning to erect a new bank building, which will improve our town wonderfully. The McCrary garage, which is being built on Caldwell St., is fastly growing into the up-to-date garage that it will be. The school committee has purchas ed the property owned by Mr. R. L. Gash on Broad St., and this is where our new fifty thousand dollar school bulling will be erected. Mrs. Clarence Bracken and small -on are visiting Mr. Bracken's parents- Mr and Mrs. Will Bracken.
