CHARLES E. NEILL DIES IN GREENVILLE The many friends in Transylvania County of Mr. Chas. E. Neill will be saddened at reading the following notice from the Greenville News of January 9th. Mr. Neill formerly lived in Tran- 1 sylvania County and has many, friends and relatives in this County. He was a man of high character, a true friend and a fine citizen and his death is a loss to the community in which he lived. "Chas. E. Neill, for many years a resident and well known business man of this city, but more recently eh gayod in business in Westminster and Seuo dice' at 2:00 o'clock Wednes day afternoon at the home of his brother, R.
