NOTICE OF SALE Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a certain Deed in Trust executed by Verda Blythe to the undersigned said instrument hav ing been executed to secure certain indebtedness therein named and de fault having been made in the pay ment of said indebtedness whereby the power of sale contained in said Deed in Trust has become operative, and the Trustee has been required to sell the property to satisfy said indeb edness, cest, of sale, etc. Now therefore the undersigned will on Monday the 1st day of June, 1925 at the Court House Door in the Town of Brevard, N. C, atl2 o'clock M. sell to the highest bidder for cash the following property to-wit: All those three tracts of land lying in Boyd Township adjoining the lands of C. F. Lvday and wife to Verda Biythe, dated April 21st. 1919, and registered in Book 41 page 442 of: the Deed Records of Transylvania County, N. C. Beginning on a Stake i old corner and runs North 75 degrees ! East74 Poles to a stake; Thence i North 16 Poles to a stake; Thence South 75 degrees West 74 poles to a stake; Thence South 16 Poles to the Beginning containing 7 and 3-8 acres more or less. The defendants in the above en titled action will take notice that on the 15th day of April, 1925, a sum mons in the said action was issued against the defendants by N. A. Miller, Clerk of the Superior Court of Transylvania County, N. C., in which the plaintiff claims the sum of $900. 00 and accrued interest thereon on account of money loaned to defend ants represented by promissory notes, which summons was made re turnable on April 25th, 1925, before the Clerk of the Superior Court cf Transylvania County, N. C. Defendants will also take notice that a warrant of attachment was issued by the said Clerk of said Court on the 15th day of April, 1925, against the property of the de fendants, which warrant was also made returnable on April 25th, 1925, into the office of said Clerk of said Court.
