SOCIETY NEWS * WEDNESDAY CLUB The Wednesday Club met May lJ, with Mrs. F. P. Sledge. Mrs. S. M. Mactie was appointed to confer with other Club presidents relative to the matter of offering 'in Brevard at some future date, a study course in Home Economics to be sponsored by the State Department of I'ublic Instruc tion. The program was in charge of Mrs. T. E. Patton, Jr.. who led a very interesting discussion on the three small republics, Paraguay, t. ru guay, and Argentina.
