BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the Town of Brevard, North Carolina, as fol lows: Section 1. That there shall be is sued by the Town of Brevard, N. C., $200,000,00 of Street Improvement I^onds, of which at least one fourth of the exclusive of the cost of paving street interesections, has been or is i t'n be special!, nBsesed, the proceeds of the sale of which aro to be used for the purpose of constructing and reconstructing the surface of the streets of the Town of Brevard, whe ther including or not including grad ing, contemporaneous construction i or reconstruction of sidewalks, curbs, gutters or drains, and whether includ nig or not including grading, such surface to he constructed either of i bricks, blocks, sheet asphalt, bituli thic or bituminous concrete laid on a solid foundation, or of concrete. The said bonds shall draw interest at not exceeding six per cent annum payable semi annually, and shall be in such denomination and from, and the principal and interest payable at such place as the Boardof Alderme of said Town of Brevard may by re solution determine.
