One does not have to travel across the seas to find ""charm" ? It can be found right here in our midst; and we can make more of it by giving: proper attention to beautifying our Surroundings. Our mountain cities have distinct ive charm, because our people have developed a home pride. If there are any backsliders they should rec ognize that their failure to do their part in beaut ification shows a lack of interest in their community that can't easily be forgiven.
