By virtue of a deed in trust with
power of sale, executed by J. S.
Sundy, to Ralph Fisher, Trustee,
securing two certain notes therein
mentioned made payable to T. H.
Shipman, J. S. Silversteen and J. M.
Allison, ?aid deed in trust being re
corded in book ID at page 313 of the
Records of Deeds in Trust for
Transylvania County, N. C., and de
fault huving been made in payment
of a part of the indebtedness, se
cured by said deed in trust, whereby
the entire indebtedness has become
due and payable and the holder of
the said notes secured by said deed
lit trust, having called upon the
undersigned trustee to advertise and
to sell the land therein described for
the purpose of paying said indebted
ness.
I will on Monday, April 4th, 1927,
at 12 o'clock, noon, at the court
house door in the town of Brevard,
N. C. offer for salo at public auction
