All the interest of Ralph Wisher in a tract of land described in i deed from Jerry Jerome to Ralph Wisher by deed dated' February 27, L926, which deed is recorded in 3ook 55 at page 45* of the Deed6 Records in and for Transylvania }otmty, N. C. A part of this land vas sold unto Tom Wood, and part o J. F. Hackler. There is a mort gage on this land for $200.00.
