ROSMAN LOCALS
THANKS, OLD FRIEND,
WE'RE DOING OUR BEST
In response to our statement in
last week's paper, in which we re
quested Rosman subscribers to pay
Mrs. Whitmire the subscriptions now
due, one gentleman wrote us that he
-jrlai.il> paid his, and took occasion to
thank The Brevard News and Mrs.
Whitmire for the service this paper is
rendering the people of Rosman. He
said:
"Rosman has had more favorable
publicity, more ' boosting and more
laws about her good people in the
last two years than the town has had
in all its history put together before
that date. I think every citize.. of
Rosman ought to be glad to pay their
subscriptions, and pay them prompt
ly. -.i i
"I consider The Brevard News and
the Rosman page of greater value to
our town than anything else except, ,
of course, Mr. Silversteen's iarge
plants here. Good luck to you."
That letter is worth much to us,
and 1 know that Mrs. Whitmire will
appreciate it very much.
I thank you for your support, and
trust that ail the subscribers will see
Mrs. Whitmire at once and pay any
money now due on subscriptions.
Then, too, help her get ALL the news
of that good section, and let's make
the Rosman page grow into two
pages.
