Work is being started on che lake site on the George Hays old place. We're mighty glad to know of some industry being started on East Fork even though it may be just a plav ground we would be tremendously glad to hear of a golf course being worked on, we'd then feel assured of a good road to East Fork. From remarks made by some of our citizens, we think they are wondering what the outcome will be of the suit between Rural Policeman Eck Sims and our county commissioners. And we're wondering just how safe it will be on the highway if traffic is turned loose. Every one knows Mr. Sims has made a splendid officer, and here's hoping he wins, economy or no econ omy. It is beginning to look as if the material is about worked up, so we're expecting the county commissioners to fire two of their bunch right away and cut the salary of the remaining ones.
