Died nt Highlands on June 18th 1905, Judson M. Cobb, aged 71 years. Mr. Cobb was born at Sax ton's lliver, Windham Co. Ver mont. In his early life he migra ted West, and finally settled in lfc loit, Wisconsin. There he engsged in the manufacture of paper; which in all of its details he became an expert. In 18t!3 he married Miss Lucy Dutcher, of l$ennington,Vt, the daughter of a Raptist clergy man. She survives him. The funeral services were held at the house on the 15th, and were conducted by Mr. T. 11. White, a layman. A large number of friends and neighlws were present to pay their last tribute of respect to the departed. He was tl.u last of his family, all of his near kind red hail passod away before him. He leaves three daughters, who are married and a son, Mr. Judson Richard Cobb, who 1ms arrived at his ma jority, and who will remain with his mother. j The departed was a remarkable man, in some respects. lie dis played wonderful - sagacity and energy in business pursuits, and even in later years, this faculty did not desert him. He was one of the most genial of men. He had a sympathetic nature, and all who came in contact with him, ei ther as neighbors or employees, feel that they have lost a friend. " Hock Granted Reprieve.
