JUSTICE Mr. Justice was at the home of his brother, Mr. John Justice, and on Saturday, August 30th, the death an gel came and carried his soul away to the blessed Lord that gave it. We feel a great loss in our cortimun- ity and church, but we feel our loss is. his eternal gain. .We feel that he is enjoying that peace for which he has so long waited. ' 1 ; have known Mr. Justice for 32 years and never knew of him being in any trouble of any kind. He was married when a young man. He leaves behind to mourn his depar ture, his wife, and two sons, two brothers and two sisters, besides many other relatives and friends. I truly hope his boys will follow' his footsteps and be just such men as Mr. Justice. I didn't get to visit him in his sickness, but those that did say that he was patient until the end. -As. we all know, it is very com forting to say good things about peo ple when they are gone, but not so with niye, as he has always been a friend to me and my family.. I feel, that Ins life has been an example for our young men. A 'charge of $5.00 will be made for each stop when the car is taken out of the train and $2.00 per car for each stop when the loading is done while the train is standing at the station and the car is not cut out of train but merely opened at the station to load additional shipments. After the loading is completed the consignment will be charged for on basis of the "highest carload rate and minimum .weight applicable on any article contained in the car from the initiivl point of sh'pment to final des tination, plus the stoppage charge. BUTTER. On last Thursday morning, the five grocery stores in Franklin were over stocked with butter. None wanted to buy. For the last they bought they paid 30c per vound. It has been suggested that ft would be better for the farmers if most of the cream could be said at the cream station instead of being churned. It can be hand skimmed. A cream sepa rator is not necessary. The cream station is paying 35c per potind for butter fat this week. ..
