John Baity of Highlands and Rev. Frank xionana ot Lullasaja doing the preaching. As a result of the; earnest preaching and fine Christian spirit of the community there were 19 baptized in the Sugar Fork river last Sunday. The Press is always glad to hear of such meetings and regrets that Jack of time and .space prevents publishing a more extended article of this meeting written by one of the good women of the community. The joines Motor & Tractor com pany reports that its business is now better than at a,ny time since coming to Franklin. , . . Miss Allie Caler of Rainbow Springs was a visitor to Franklin the first of the week. Some days the Wilson Construction; company, contractors for the Georgia road, pour over 1400 feet of con crete per day. The average runs, well over 100 feet.
