Legion and the Fourth : This year the local post of the . American Legion will havP charge of the Fourth of July celebration in Franklin. The Legion is putting forth every effort to make this, the greatest Fourth in the history of Franklin. The expenses in connection " with thecclebration will amount to several hundred dollars and ways . and means are being devised to meet these expenses. Entertainments to which admission' will! be charged is 'one 'of the plans.
