Lippard on the 13thc day of April, 1926, to secure the sum of $266.67 balance of purchase money on land which amount is evidenced by two certain .promissory notes of even date with said deed of trust in the sum of $133.33 and interest there on at the rate of six per cent per annum from date; and the said W. E.
