Hardware and Farm Implements ULTRA-SOART 'Sin Takes a Holiday To Be At Macon Theatre Next Week Produced with highly elaborate settings, the story universally ap pealing, and every role played by a thorough stage and screen artist, Constance Bennett's new Pathe dialogue picture,' "Sin Takes a Holiday," doubtless will be hailed as the ultra-smart screen produc tion of the year. Not unlike "Holi day" in the lavishness of its scenic investiture, and reminiscent in some respects of "This Thing Called Love" in which Miss Bennett achieyed remarkable distinction, her latest stellar vehicle, admirably di rected by Paul L. Stein, who film ed "This Thing Called Love" and "One Romantic Night" so cleverly, presents this talented and popular star in the most fascinating role she has ever essayed. "Sin Takes a Holiday" is a rare gem in the field of motion picture play construction. It is 'a scintil lating comedy drama played against a background of New York social life, Paris gaiety and the brilliance of famous European resorts. The story is simple,- the treatment of the theme thorough, the costum ing superb and the general effect as delightful as it is convincing. The story was written by Robert Milton and Dorothy Cairns, while the dialogue was written by Horace Jackson who wrote the dialogue for "Paris Bound," "Holiday" and other screen hits. Showmen will find this Constance Bennett stellar production one of supreme merit. With its support ing cast including such stage ar tists as Kenneth MacKenna, Basil Rathbone, Lita La Roy, Louis Bar tels, Zasu Pitts, John Roche, Ken dall Lee, Murrel Finley, Helen Johnson and Fred Walton, "Sin Takes a Holiday" is a box office attraction which the public and ex hibitors alike will heartily appre ciate.
