Ray (Bouncer) Seay Taking Training For State Auto Inspector Ray (Bouncer) Seay is in Chapel Hill taking a two weeks course of training under direction of the In stitute of Government for work with the Mechanical Inspection Division of the Department of Mo tor Vehicles for the State of North Carolina. Mr. Seay, along with a class of other young men, will fin ish his course on the 18th and be gin work on the 19th. In what part of the State he will be located has not been announced.
