Whittier PTA To Have Spring Carnival The Whittier Parent Teachers association will sponsor and pre sent a spring carnival on May 21 j at 7 p. m. in the school building at Whittier. The carnival is being put on for the purpose of raising funds for certain school purposes and also to give a good time to those who attend. Some of the features of the carnival will be a "country store", fishing pond, hot dog stand, fortune telling, a wish ing well and other events. The highlights of the carnival will be crowning of the King and Queen and folk dancing contest.
