Randall Addis Body Being Returned For Burial In Jackson The funeral of Staff Sergeant Randall Addis will be held at the Tuckaseigee Baptist Church at 2:30 P. M. Sunday, September 12, with the Rev. W. N. Cook and the Rev. Edgar Willix officiating. The body is at the Moody Funeral Home in Sylva and will remain there until Saturday when it will be taken to the home of C. fc. Houston at Tuckaseigee. C.; four brothers, Marshall, Rudolph,' Calvin, and Harry; and three sis Morganton Newspaper Woman To Leave Soon On Flight Around World Miss Beatrice Cobb, Publisher of The Morganton News-Herald, and Secretary of the North Caro lina Press Association, plans to leave New York on September 15 for a clipper trip around the world. She will be away for some ten weeks and will visit briefly in eight or ten European countries, ard in Egypt, Syria, India, China, Siam, Japan, and Hawaii. Accompanying her as a travel ing companion will be Mrs. Cor.nne Neal Coo, newspaper woman of Texas. Both have been accorded the status of war cor respondents and plan to do on-the spot reporting from many of the places where world news is being | currently released.
