Mrs. Frank Cook, and son,
Frankie, have returned to their
home in Geneva, New York after
a visit with her parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Frank Jacobs of Dillsboro.
Mrs. Cook also visited her sister
and brother while here, Mrs.
Charles Crawford of Macon, Ga.,
and Mr. Harry Jacobs of Rock
Hill, S. C. Mrs. Cook is the former
Miss Rachel Jacobs.
Mrs. C. ,F. Rhinehart, of Canton,
s seriously ill in the Haywood
county hospital at this time, her
/riends in Sylva wll regret to
learn. She was the former Miss
Nora Allen and is the niece of
Mrs. L. P. Allen of Sylva.
Dr. and Mrs. D. M. Ramsey had
as their guests last week, Dr. and
Supper will be served to the of
ficers at 6:00 p. m. by the ladies
of "the Scotts Creek Missionary
Society. The study will begin at
7:00 p. m. and anyone who wishes
may attend.
