However, at the Central Experi ment Station farm near Raleigh, where for the past eight, years tests have been conducted to im prove the utility of the Bronze turkey, one turkey hen laid 219 eggs in 1945 and two hens have passed the 200-egg mark this year by producing 203 and 211 eggs during a 12-month period.
