Death of Mr.s A. E Bryan.
Thursday May ninth, Mrs.
Jane Bryan, wife of A. E. Bryan,
went home to God. Her age
was forty-seven at her death.
As member of the Baptist church
for thirty-four of those years,
she had served God faithfully;
then it pleased Him to take her
home. For two years she had
suffered with the wasting disease
that had laid hold on her; but
she bore it all with the patience
aud fortitude of the true Chris
tian. In the presence of a great
number of relatives and friends
the body was laid to rest in the
Bryan cemetary, near the home
of G. W. Bryan, Sr. Funeral
services were conducted at the
grave by the writer. To the be
reaved family, the husband and
eight children, who are left to
mourn their loss, we extend our
deepest sympathy and commend
them to Him who alone can wipe
away all tears.
