These ladies come for rest in our mountains and were charmed with the scenery. Dear Sir: In Regard to the Ax Handle Factory will say they can get a site at the Ferry at Redmon sid ing below the dam and I guess they can get power from the Power House in about H mile from site and they can get all the Hickory timber ; they want. Ther6 is thousands of car loads of it all around and both sid es of this place. . Mr. Welker at Barnard has been paying $7.00 per cord for it, so that seems to be about the market just now, and if you will write the Company they can get all "tho Hickory timber they would want for several years,' it has never been cut out in this part of the country and we would be glad they would come and lo cate here. , Please do all you can to get them to come.
