By virtue of an order and decree
made and entered in the above en
titled action, the said order appoint
ing the undersigned as commissioner
and directing the sale of the land
hereinafter described, I will on Mon
day, September, 20, '1915, at twelve
o'clock M., at the Court House door
of said County, sell to the highest
bidder for partition among the ten
nants In common on the following
terms to-wlt. for the )and One third
down, one third in six months and one
third iu twelve months and if the
timber sold seperate from the land
the terms will be for the timber one
half cash down and the remainder in
six months, all deferred payments to
draw interest secured by deed of trust
or other approved securety, if pur
chaser prefers paying cash down that
portion of purchase price designated
as deferred payments will be discount
ed one per cent. The land will be
offered for sale, in lots, and the tim
ber seperate from the lands and also
as t. whole and the most advantageous
bid to the tennants in common will
be accepted if the price be satisfact
ory, the following described real es

and lying and being on the head of
the Baltimore branch, Spring Creek,
and beginning at a stake, J. C. West
corner, and runs North 46-East 140
poles with Wests line to a Btake,
Wests corner; thence North 30 West
with Wests line 63 poles to a stake,
West oorner; thence North 40 East
185 poles to a stake on top of the
mountain between Baltimore branoh
and Big Fine Creek; thence with the
top of said mountain as follows,
South 13 West-38 poles to a stake;
South 20 East-36 poles to a stake;
South 18 West 43 poles to a stake;
South 23 East-16 poles to a stake;
Souths-West-18 poles to a stake; South
42-East-6 poles to a . stake; thence
South 12- West-102 poles to a stake at
Rich Knob; thence West and leaving
the top of the mountain 142 poles to
the beginning, containing -161 acres
more or less. ' :
