States troops and officers were used in the production of the reels and permission to use them was se- sured upon condition that the picture would not be placed on exhibition before being shown to officers selected by the war ' de partment. Captain Reynolds stated yes terday that thn picture met with the approval of the department' and the board of censors, which devotes its entire time to ; the inspection of reels to bo offered to the people of the United Stat es.
