present at 1 o'clock sharp on that
day as very important business
will be before the meeting.
Not only are the members of
the Association urged to be pre
sent; but every farmer who is in
terested in better . cattle, for
Madison; and especially every
farmer who desires to procure
either for himself or , in co-operation
with other farmers a bull for
breeding purposes. Should be

from a visit of two weeks to
New York, where he saw "Cap
tain Bob of the National Guard"
passed by a . board of censors
from the war ; department and
later witnessed the production at
which the national board of cen
sors approved the - picture in
its representatives by reason, of
the fact that United . States
troops and officers were used in
the production of the reels and
permission to use them was se-
sured upon condition that the
picture would not be placed on
exhibition before being shown to
officers selected by the war ' de
partment.
Captain Reynolds stated yes
terday that thn picture met with
the approval of the department'
and the board of censors, which
devotes its entire time to ; the
inspection of reels to bo offered
to the people of the United Stat
es. Mow that it has the appro
val of the two bodies to which it
was exhibited. It will be given
general circulation. ;. Beginning
