darling babe. It was about nine
months old when death claimed her.
She was sick only a short time, the
cause of her death being pneumonia.
She leaves a father, mother and one
sister, and a host of relatives and
friends to mourn their loss. We
tried in vain to keep her, but Jesus
said, it's best to come up here ami
live, and be forever blessed. The

Mrs. J. V. Erskine left Thursday

her absence she will also be in Atlan
ta with her sister whose son is under
the care of specialists in that icity.
Mr. and Mrs. Noab Walser of High
Point, who have been for some time
visiting Mrs. Walser's parents, Mr.
and Mrs. J. J. Reagan, have return
ed to their home.
iMr. Joe Rogers, who has been very
ill with pneumonia and pleurisy as a
