CLOSURE having been duly entered
in the Superior Court of Madison
County against the said defendants
therefore, all other persons owning
or claiming an interest in the land
described in said judgment will take
notice that on the 16th day "Of Oc
tober, 1929, an action entitled as a
bove was commenced in the Superior
Court of Madison County for the
purpose of foreclosing Tax Liens for
the taxes due for the. year, 1919, on
the following real estate:
' BEGINNING on a stake in the
north side of the road, leading from
Mars Hill to Marshall, the corner of
the said Marshbanks land, and runs
North 30-E. 10 poles with the said
Marshbanks line to a stake in A. O.
Carter's line, or the present school
athletic grounds; then North 42J&
West with the said Carter line, or
the line of the athletic grounds, 9
poles to a stake in said line; then
South 29 WeWst with J. R. Sams
line 14 poles and 15 links to a stake
in said road ; then South 75-E. with
said road, 8 poles' and 14 links to the
BEGINNING, containing one acre
more or less. This being the lot of
land conveyed by W. S. Davis to the
late A. L. Carter, under date of Vfz.
cember 7, 1903, and later bequeath
ed by will to- said A. O. Carter, con
veyed by A. O, Carter to W, F. Rob
inson, under date of July 15, 1918,
and by W. F. Robinson to J. R. Keith?
under date of March 24, 1919, and
klater by deed from J. R. Keith and
wife, Sally J. Keith to Flossie Marsh
banks, dated July 1, 1919, recorded
in Book 39, Page 542.
It is also ordered that all other
persons claiming an interest in the
subject matter of said action shall
appear and present, set up and de
fend their respective claims, in six
months from the date of this notice,
otherwise they shall be f orever barr
ed and foreclosed of any and all in
terests or claims in or to the proper
ty, or the proceeds from the sale
thereof.
