Robison of Marshall Miss Mabelle Mayer of New York, and Mr. Carlton Allen of Texas took dinner with Mr. and Mrs. H. K. Ramsey and family Saturday. Misses Ibbie Ball, Hazel Nichols, Ruby Kent, and Mr. Chester Browning motored to Asheville Saturday. After shopping, a picnic lunch was enjoyed on Beaucatcher Mountain. are occupying an apartment o- ver the Bank of French Broad Mrs. Rudisill, we understand, will oper&te a five and ten cent store in Marshall, the ground floor of the Masonic Temple having been leased for that Durnose. Mrs. Rudisill is sAid fto have had considerable ex perience at this work. Mrs. A. J. Briggs and two sons of Landrum, S. C, are guests of her parents, the Rev. and Mrs. W. C. Blount. The Rev. D. K. Cohn return ed Monday from Winston-Salem where he had been ass'st ing the Rev. E. E. Whitten in a two weeks revival at the Bap tist church at East 25th Street. Before coming to Marshall the Rev. Mr. Cohn was pastor of this church for six years. Four teen professions of faith were made during the two weeks re vival. Home-coming Day was held at the church June 10.
