1 cup cottage cheese
cup sugar.
2 eggs.
IVi cups milk.
cup cream (sweet or sour).
1 teaspoon salt.
Line a can with lieht nirv
brush the lower crust with white
of egg.
Rub the cheese and cream Into
fine mixture ; add salt. Beat eggs
and sugar together and add t
cheese mixture. Then add milk
and mix well. Fill crust and dot
with seeded raisins.
Bake, first flftppn mimitos in
fast oven (400), then slow dowa
(375) until just set.
Serve slightly warm.
