Is Now Stockpiling Materials On Island Announcement was made this week by Superintendent W. W. Peek that bids have been let for the Marshall High Sohool gymnasium and addi tional classrooms and that construct ion will begin within the next ten days. General construction was awarded to ' Z. B Robinson Construction and Engineering Corporation of Ashe ville; . Heating and Plumbing to Do ver Pltunlbing and Heating Compa ny, of Asheville, and electrical con struction to Burnsville Electric Shop, of Burnsviille. The American Legion Building was used, as' usual, for the visit. In addition to the 31 pints dona ted, 12 persons were rejected, ac cording to Dr. W A.. Sams. The purpose of the ques tionnaire is to learn what the peo ple believe and think about some of the basic issues of Christian faith and living.
