Funeral Sunday
Mrs. Julia Mace Harris, 66, of
Asheville RFD 4, died in an Ashe-
ville hospital at 6:25 p. m., Tues
day, January 1, 1957, after a long
illness.
She was a native of Mitchell
County and a member of the Mal
vern Hills Church of God.
Funeral services will be held
Sunday afternoon at two o'clock
in the Pisgah Methodist Church
in Avery County. The Rev. L. E.
Gibson and the Rev. J. Howard
K'.dd will officiate and burial will
be in the church cemetery.

Under present law, veterans'
training will be part of the Amer

time the program for disabled Ko
rea veterans will oome to an end.
The Korean GI Bill for non-disabled
veterans is scheduled to end
in 11M55.
