Frank Husking Monday set aside their action in abolish ing seven Madison County voting precincts. Chairman Reems, at the Feb. 14 county convention,. -'ruled that the abolition of ' these seven p're- disqualified : the chairmen XL TWO APPEAL COURT ORDER INMADISON The Madison County Elections Board controversy headed for the State Supreme Court Tuesday when two members of the board appealed from a Superior Court ruling that had set aside fhedr ac tion abolishing seven Madison voting precincts. M. B. Blankenship and William V. Farmer, of whom the ruling was sharply critical, appealed the order issue Monday by Judge Frank Huskins. The appeal was perfected before Judge Huskins Tuesday by W. E. Anglin and G. D. Bailey of Burnsville, attorneys for Blankenship and Farmer.
