Beat 3 minutes and bake in Addie Sams Tipton Dies In Asheville; Rites Held July 13 Mrs. Addie Sams Tipton, 72, of Bmanett, Idaho, and a native of Madison County, died July 11, 1968 in an Asheville hospital af ter a long illness. Mrs. Tipton left Madison Coun ty in 1906 as the bride of Jake Tipton. They lived in Idaho un ltil Mr. Tipton died about a year ago. Mrs. Tipton then came to Asheville to live with "her sister Mrs. Mae feprinkle. She is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Sprinkle, Mrs. Fred Rice Marshall RFD 4 and Mrs. Rollins Gosnell of Weaverville. Funeral service were conduct ed in Bull Creek Church Sunday, July 13, with the Rev. Glenn Whitley and the Rev. A. P. Sprin kle officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Nephews were pallbearers, and nieces were .flower bearers.
