Charles is one of the operators who has been newly trained to operate a rovingframe at the plant. He came to work at the plant in March of this year. He had no previous textile ex perience but proved a very good learner "and is now considered an experienced roving frame tender. Charles is a native of Madison County, and lives at , Shutin in 'Madison County near Hot Springs. He is single and considered eligible.
