C., is speding the Christmas holidays here with his parents, the Rev. and Mrs. Coleman C. Caldwell, and family. Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Holland moved last week into their new house located on the Walnut Creek Road between the Calvin Edney and Leo White homes, Vota Vita Class Christmas Party Held Here Tues. The annual VAR Vita Christmas party was held Tuesday eveirtng in the home of Mrs. Earl Robin son. Mrs. Charlie Sawyer, class president, presided during a short business session. The devotions were given by Miss Karen Robinson, daught,er of the hostess; and Miss Janice Saw yer, daughter of Mrs. Charlie Saw yer, assisted by Mrs. Hettie R. Blankenship. Mrs. James Story, who had charge of the program, read a pa per entitled "Christmas in Many Lands" and the group enjoyed re cordings of Christmas music. Gifts were exchanged, and gifts were presented to Mrs. Guy White class teacher; and Mrs. Bettie R. Blankenship, assistant teacher, on behalf of the, class.
