The provisions of the hurley tobacco program allow an excess produc er 10 days from the date of his acreage notice to make applica tion for either of these services. As for acreage notice relative to the 1964 feed grain diversion program, Ramsey said operators receiving notices of deficiencies in their designated diverted acreage or notices on which the planted acreage exceeds permitted acre age, hare 15 days from the date of the notice to make application fr the desired action on their case. In conclusion he urged each farm operator to be on the lookout for his notice of determined acre ages of the various programs and to take the necessary action with in the limits so as not to be pen alized in any way.
