The first game will begin at two o'clock and the second game will start abou four o'clock. Otto McDevitt, in charge of the games, stated that the mothers of the playere are preparing a picnic lunch for all the Little League players. HOT SPRINGS Fourth of July pleasure seekers will have an opportunity to re lax all day on Friday, July 4 at Hot Springs where an elaborate program is being planned. The Hot Springs Lions Club will again sponsor the events. A skeet and trap shoot will start the day off at 9 a. m. A fish fry will be served from 6:00-7:00 p. m. Bingo will also be on tap, it was stated. At 6:30 a greased pig contest will be held on the high school athletic field and a Softball dou bleheader will begin at 6:00 o'clock. The teams will consist of all star players from the league. Shortly after dark, fireworks will be displayed. The public is cordially invited to Hot Springs on the Fourth of July. Comprised of youth from 10 to 25 the program is aimed at those youth in need of recreation equip ment and training. Operating within the O.E.O. guidelines the most far reaching of the activi ties is placement of recreation e quipment in 20 communities in Madison County. Other activities include camp scholarships to 4-H, Girl Scout, and Sport Camps. Swimming les sons are being provided in the morning for youth from desig nated areas who have not had an opportunity previously to benefit from such programs.
