Mrs. W. A. Sams, who has been
in Winston-Salem for several
weeks with her husband who had
surgery in Baptist Hospital, spent
a few days in Marshall this week
before returning to Winston-Salem.
Dr. Sams has recently been dis
charged from the hospital and is
recuperating at the home of his
daughter, Mrs. W. C. Lowe, in
Winston-Salem.
Mrs. Grace S. English spent the
week-end in Bryson City with her
son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and
Mrs. Roy English, and family.
